We want to reassure you that as COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus) has become an increasingly larger topic of conversation and concern, the staff and management at American United Federal Credit Union are taking the issue very seriously. The health and safety of our members and staff is very important to us, and with the guidance of Utah officials and the CDC, we have the following updates for you:
Coronavirus Precautions
- Please take advantage of Online and Mobile Banking when possible
- Please do not come into the Credit Union if you are feeling ill or have been in close contact to someone with Coronavirus
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Utah.GovCDC- In an effort to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, the American United Board of Directors has decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th, as well as the Open Houses within our branches that day. We will reassess the situation within the coming weeks and communicate the rescheduled date.
- To ensure your safety, in addition to increasing our efforts with sanitizing high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces in our branches, as well as increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled branch cleanings, we are also providing additional sanitation and education to our employees as recommended by the Utah Department of Health.
- Employee well-being is also a top priority and we are encouraging team members to follow health authority best practices such as frequent hand washing and staying at home if they are feeling ill.
We are continually monitoring day-to-day developments regarding COVID-19 and will continue to communicate any pertinent updates with our members. At this time, American United will continue to operate with our normal business hours. Access branch locations and hours here.

While branches remain open during normal business hours, you can take advantage of the drive-thru at several locations. We love to see and visit with our members in person, but please take appropriate precautions as advised by the Utah Department of Health and the CDC.
